Karen & Darrin Brege (Author & Illustrator) are a husband and wife team, living in Brighton, Michigan, who have collaborated their talents by writing and illustrating scary, age appropriate chapter books for grade school children. Karen and Darrin transformed their common love for writing, comedy, art and improv into book series. Mick Morris is the first series, named after the couple’s son Mick; the second series is Ghost Board Posse. Karen says the books are meant to “inspire kids to read and follow their dreams.”
