Claire’s Day – Toledo

Claire’s Day is the Celebration of Life, Authors, Illustrators and Reading Excellence. Join us at Toledo Lucas County Public Library on Saturday, April 8 from 9am – 4pm for this free event.

Held annually for the past 16 years in Maumee, Ohio in memory of Claire Lynsey Rubini this book festival will be a new community favorite! We are happy to be hosting the event in three locations, including Toledo MAIN Library! A local committee is preparing for this day to be a special FREE FAMILY book festival at the Toledo Lucas County MAIN Public Library.

Claire’s parents, Brad & Julie Rubini will be in attendance as we welcome all of our guests that day. They will be joined by guest authors and illustrators:

**Creation Station! Hands-on children’s activities including special appearances by characters in costume, craft areas, story telling and even a little science magic!

Food, books, t-shirts and other literacy items will be available for purchase.
